2008 Suggestions from choir members (in no particular order):

1.  Choir members should have to audition for Spring Concert solos.

2.  Both spring concerts at the BAG

3.  Christmas concert:  less sharing with other groups, more of STSS repertoire

4.  "Filler" music from Tim and/or band while choir enters risers

5.  Better balance between choir and band.

6.  Choir jumps in to sing along if soloist stumbles.

7.
Review at least parts of the DVD at an early session in the fall to examine problems we may have in terms of accuracy of pitch and temp, prononciation of words, and overall stage presence.

8. Some downsides to performing at the BAG:  difficult to hear ourselves as we perform, cramped space teetering on risers, unfavourable acoustics requires more amplification [which affects tone quality, pitch, etc, but maybe fixed by more practice on microphones and use of monitors which adds to production costs]

9. Earlier call-times to give choir more down time before audience arrives.

10. Uniforms:  unnecessary and vests are unflattering.

11. Small ensemble developed to sing more challenging repertoire (possibly auditioned).
