Spring Calendar, 2010
Rehearsals start on Tuesday January
5th at 7
p.m., at St. John the Divine Anglican Church Church.
1930 Diamond Road - Please arrive early for registration
and voice placement
We have been selected by the National Organizing Committee to
perform at the Torch Ceremony at Brennan Park on Feb. 4. We will
be
sharing the honour with The Sound Youth Chorus. They have
provided
rehearsal tracks and a DVD of the "clapping pattern".
April 18th. Howe Sound Music Festival, 1 p.m.
TOUR: Joint Concert with Magnolia Chorale in Seattle,
WA. May 1
and 2 (depart April 30th evening). Melinda and I are looking into transportation and hotel options.
May 4th. Concert at Hilltop House & Renaissance Building.
CONCERT: Britannia Mines Friday, May 7th PM and Saturday, May 8th matinee
at another location.
May 18th AGM and wind-up party.
Attire for concert:
Men: Black
pants,
shirt, and shoes, silver tie
Women: black skirt or pants, black blouse and black shoes and
stockings, silver stoll..
